Consumers Want Special Treatment

Consumers who expect marketers to send them personalized communications also expect special treatment. They want to know about private sales, they want to know what will be on sale next week, they want behind-the-scenes info and they want information specifically tailored to their interests. It's worth the effort to create these opportunities, since consumers will notice, and be more likely to engage with your brand.
