Why Your E-mails Don't Get Opened

As part of the Manifesto for E-mail Marketers report, one of the first questions asked was, "why don't you open e-mails?" The response was not surprising, as the answer has remained the same over the years. The number one reason consumers don't open e-mails is that the e-mails come too often.
